Amazake Banana Gelato

【Ingredients】 (5 servings)

Amazake (酒 / Sake) …………………….400g
・Bananas (バナナ / Banana) ……………360g (about 2 bananas worth)
・Peanut butter (ピーナッツバター / Pēnatsubatah) …….2tbsp (30g)
・Mint leaves  (ミントの葉 / Minto no ha) …………..5

【How to make】
① Puree the bananas, amazake, and peanut butter in a blender or food processor. This should take only about 10 seconds or so of blender/food processor time.
② Pour the mixture into a metal tray or baking pan and put into a freezer. When it is about halfway frozen, remove it from the freezer, and stir it with a spoon. Return it to the freezer. When it is again about halfway frozen, stir it again, and then return it to the freezer and let it freeze completely.
③ Transfer to bowls and garnish with mint leaves.
