Strawberry and Spring Vegetable Salad & Strawberry Dressing【Ingredients】 (5servings)
Leaf lettuce (グリーンリーフ / Gureen reefu)……80g (About 4 large leaves)
Plantain lily (うるい / Urui)……50g
New carrots (新にんじん / Shin ninjin)……80g
Strawberries (苺 / Ichigo)……5

[Dressing]
Strawberries (苺 / Ichigo)……5
Vinegar (酢 / Su)……1 and 1/2tsp
Olive oil (オリーブオイル / Oreebu oiru)……2 and 1/2tbsp
Salt (塩 / Shio)……2/3tsp
Black pepper (ブラックペーパー / Burakku peppah)……Pinch

【How to Make】
① Wash the lettuce and remove the excess water. Cut the plantain lily into 5cm widths. Julienne the carrots. Vertically quarter the strawberries for the salad.
② Place the strawberries for the dressing into a plastic bag and mash them. Add the vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper, and mix.
③ Arrange the salad vegetables in a bowl, garnish with the cut strawberries, and add the dressing.
