
【Ingredients】 (40 servings)
Oatmeal (オートミール / Ōtomīhru)……250g
Soft flour (薄力粉 / Hakurikiko)……100g
Sugar (砂糖 / Satōh)……90g
Salt (塩/ Shio)……1/4tsp
Slab chocolate (板チョコレート / Itachokorēhto)
(Black, semisweet, etc. whatever you prefer)……1 slab, 50g
Kabocha seeds (かぼちゃの種 / Kabocha no tane)……50g
Melted butter (溶かしバター / Tokashi batāh)……100g
Water (水 / Mizu)……100ml
【How to Make】
① Add the oatmeal, flour, sugar, salt, chocolate (break it up), and kabocha seeds to a bowl, and give a few quick stirs.
② Add the melted butter and water, and mix well.
③ Press the mix into a tablespoon-size measuring spoon to create semi-round shapes and arrange these on a cookie sheet.
④ Bake at 180℃ for 25 minutes.
