【Ingredients】 (4 Servings)
Bell pepper (ピーマン / Pīhman) ……6
Katsuo bushi (かつおぶし or かつお節 / Katsuo bushi) ……3g
Shōyukōji (醤油麹 / Shōyukōji)……1tbsp
Sesame oil (ごま油 / Goma-abura) ……1tbsp
<How to Make>
① Remove the seeds from the bell pepper and cut it into 5mm slices.
② Pour the sesame oil into a pan, and apply high heat. Add the bell pepper and fry for 1 minute, then turn off the heat.
③ Add the shōyukōji and katsuo bushi to the bell pepper and mix them very well.
