<Ingredients> For 4 people
Carrots Carrots (にんじん / Ninjin) 60g
Tomato(トマト / tohmahto) 1
Rucola (ルッコラ/rukkora) 50g
Lettuce(レタス / rehtahsu) 100g
Olives (オリーブ/ orīhbu) 20g_
Mozarella (モツレラ/Motsurera) 100g (1 ball of mozzarella)

(Soy Sauce Dressing)
Soy sauce (醤油 / shōyu) 30ml
20ml Reduced balsamic vinegar (40ml reduced balsamic vinegar will also do)
Olive oil (オリーブオイル / Orīhbu oiru) 30ml
White sesame seeds (白胡麻 / Shiro goma)) 1tsp

<How to Make>
1. Skin and julienne the carrots. Cut the tomato and mozzarella into 2cm cubes. Remove the root from the rucola and cut it into bite-size pieces. Tear the lettuce into pieces that can be easily eaten with the rucola.
2. Mix the dressing ingredients together.
3. Arrange the vegetables in a salad bowl and drizzle on the dressing.
