【Ingredients】 For 4 people
Fresh salmon (生鮭/Namajake) 2 slices
Soft flour (薄力粉 / Hakurikiko) 4tsp
Basil (バジル / Bajiru) 4 leaves
Soy sauce (醤油/ Shōyu) 1tbsp
Mirin (みりん / Mirin) 1tbsp
Salad oil (サラダ油 / Sarada yu) As needed
＜How to Make＞
1. Cut one of the salmon slices into 4 equal portions and dust completely with soft flour. Chop the basil.
2. Place a frying pan on medium heat, add a bit of salad oil, and lightly brown the salmon on both sides.
3. Add the soy sauce and mirin to create the sauce. Continue cooking until the sauce thickens. Turn the salmon pieces to make sure they are evenly coated with the sauce.
4. Add the chopped basil, turn the salmon pieces to get the basil to attach evenly, then turn off the heat.
