Strawberries (いちご) / Ichigo) 8 (medium size)
Chocolate (チョコレート / Chokorēhto) Tiny amounts of white and dark
How to Make
1. Use a knife to remove a wedge of strawberry to form a smiling mouth. Do this by using a shallow horizontal cut about halfway up each berry and a vertical cut from below to remove a wedge of strawberry.
2. Melt the white and dark chocolate separately. This can be done by using a small bowl warmed in a bath of warm water. Form eyes on the strawberries.
Do this by using a toothpick or something similar to dab on first white chocolate and then dark chocolate.
