Ingredients for 4 servings

Mesclun greens (ベビーリーフ / Behbīh-rīhfu) 1 pack
Tomato (トマト / Tomahto) 1

Miso Dressing
Miso (味噌 / Miso) 1 tbsp
Vinegar (酢/ Su) 1 tbsp
Sugar (砂糖 / Satōh) 1 tsp
Sesame oil (ごま油 / Goma-abura) 1 tbsp
White roasted sesame seeds (白炒り胡麻 / Shiro irigoma) 1 tsp

How to Make
1. Rinse the mesclun greens in water and drain them well. Cut the tomato into wedges.
2. Add the miso dressing ingredients to a bowl and mix them well.
3. Arrange the mesclun greens and tomato wedges in a salad bowl and drizzle on the dressing.
