Ingredients for About 100 g of Amazake Mayonnaise

Amazake (甘酒 / Sake) 2 tbsp
Firm tōfu (木綿豆腐 / Momendōfu) 50 g
Vinegar (酢/ Su) 1 tbsp
Olive oil (オリーブオイル / Orīhbu oiru) 1 tbsp
Salt (塩/ Shio) 1/3 tsp
Black pepper (くろこしょう / Kuro koshō) Pinch

How to Make
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor, blender, etc. and puree.
