Ingredients for 4 Servings
Silken tōfu (絹豆腐 / Kinudōfu) 1 block
Avocado (アボカド / Abokado) 1
Green shiso uma shōyu-dzuke (大葉のうま醤油漬け / Ōba no uma shōyu-dzuke) To taste
Sesame oil (ごま油 / Goma-abura) To taste
How to Make
1. Cut the avocado in half, and remove the seed and skin. Use a fork to mash the avocado in a bowl.
2. Cut the tofu into quarters. Place one each on a small serving plate. Top with the mashed avocado. Add the green shiso uma shōyu-duzke, a bit of the liquid from the latter, and a few drops of sesame oil, all as you prefer. This dish should be eaten soon after it is prepared.
