＜Ingredients＞ 5 Servings
Potatoes (じゃがいも / Jagaimo) (Medium-size) 2 (total 200g)
Celery (セロリ / Serori) (1 stalk) 80g
Red pepper (赤唐辛子 / Aka-tōhgarashi) 1
Sesame oil (ごま油 / Goma-abura) 1tsp
Shio remon (塩レモン / Shio remon) 1tbsp (Minced)
Mirin (みりん / Mirin) 2tbsp
Sugar (砂糖 / Satōh) 1tsp
Soy sauce (醤油 / Shōyu) 1tsp
＜How to Make＞
① Skin the potatoes and cut them into oblongs about 1cm wide and 5cm long. Rinse the cut potatoes in water and drain. Remove the strings from the celery and cut it into 5mm slices.
② Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan. Add the red pepper and potatoes and fry until the potatoes become translucent. Add the celery and fry until soft.
③ Add the shio lemon, mirin, sugar, and soy sauce and continue cooking until the excess water is evaporated off.
