Miso Nigiri

【Ingredients】 (2 onigiris)
Cooked rice (ごはん / Gohan)……180g
Miso (味噌 / Miso)……5g
Mirin (みりん / Mirin)……1/2tsp

【How to Make】

① Form 2 round onigiris from the cooked rice while the rice is still warm. Let the onigiris cool.

600_433658917② Mix the miso and mirin together, then coat each side of each onigiri with this mixture.

③ Pan roast each onigiri on each side. Use low heat and roast until you begin to notice the aroma of the miso. This should take only 1-2 minutes per side.
