【Ingredients】(4 Servings)

Bell peppers (パプリカ / Papurika)……2 (1 red, 1 yellow)
Soy sauce (しょうゆ / Shōyu)……1tbsp
Mirin (みりん / Mirin)……1tbsp
Water (水 / Mizu)……100ml
Dried bonito (かつおぶし / Katsuobushi)……1 pack (2g)
Sayatsuki edamame (さやつき枝豆 / Sayatsuki edamame)……50g (boiled)

【How to Make】
600_399063122① Roast each of the bell peppers on an open flame until they are thoroughly blackened and then place them in water and remove the skin. Remove the stems and seeds, and cut each into eighths.




② Add the soy sauce, mirin, water, and dried bonito to a frying pan. Place the pan over medium heat, bring to a boil, and turn off the heat.




600_399063282③ Arrange the paprika slices in bowls, dress with the sauce you prepared in ② and garnish with the edamame (removed from their pods).
