Green chili peppers (青唐辛子 / Aotōgarashi)……60g
Soy sauce (しょうゆ / Shōyu)……90ml
【How to Make】
Cut the green chili peppers into 3mm-wide rings and place them in the soy sauce. Place the soy sauce into a refrigerator. You can begin to use the chili pepper soy sauce after one day. It will keep for about 1 month in the refrigerator.
