
【Ingredients】(4 Servings)
Silken tōfu (絹豆腐 / Kinudōfu)……1/2 block
Tomato (トマト / Tomahto)……1
Avocado (アボカド / Abokado)……1/2
Onion (玉ねぎ / Tamanegi)……1/4
Chili pepper soy sauce (唐辛子のしょうゆ / Tōgarashi no shōyu)……4tsp
Olive oil (オリーブオイル / Orīhbu oiru)……2tsp
【How to Make】
① Cut the tōfu into bite-size pieces and the tomato into wedges. Cut the avocado in half, and remove the seed and skin. Cut each avocado half into 2cm-wide slices. Slice the onion thinly, place the slices in water for about 5 minutes, and then drain off the water.
② Arrange the tōfu and vegetables on a plate, and dress with the chili pepper soy sauce and olive oil.
