【Ingredients】 (5 servings)
・ Daikon (大根 / Daikon)……100g
・ Carrot (にんじん / Ninjin)……50g
・ Cucumber (きゅうり / Kyuuri)……1
・ Cherry tomatoes(ミニトマト / Mini tomahto)……５
・ Asazuke pickling solution (浅漬けの素 / Asazuke no moto) (Store bought) ※１）……100ml
【How to Make】
① Peel and cut the daikon and carrot into oblongs 4-5cm long and 1cm wide. Cut the cucumber diagonally in 5mm thicknesses. Remove the stems from the cherry tomatoes.
② Put all of the vegetables into a plastic bag, add the asazuke pickling solution and make sure that all contents of the bag mix well. Remove the air from the bag, seal it, and set it aside for 30 minutes.
