Garbanzo Gobō Tuna Salad

【Ingredients】(4 Servings)
Burdock root (ごぼう / Gobō) ……1 (150g)
Garbanzo beans (ひよこ豆 / Hiyoko mame) ……4tbsp (boiled)
Can of tuna (ツナ缶 / Tsuna kahn)……1 (70g)
(Packed in oil [オイル漬け])
Mayonnaise (マヨネーズ / Mahyonēhzu) ……3tbsp
Soy sauce (しょうゆ / Shōyu) ……1tsp
Black pepper (くろこしょう / Kuro koshō) ……Pinch
Italian parsley (イタリアンパセリ / Itarian pahseri) ……To taste

【How to Make】
① Julienne the burdock root, rinse it in water, and drain. Boil for about 1 minute and then remove to a sieve.
② Add the burdock root, garbanzo beans, tuna (drained of its oil), mayonnaise, salt, and black pepper to a mixing bowl and mix.
③ Serve in bowls and top with Italian parsley.
