Mango (frozen) (マンゴー (冷凍) / Mango (reitō))………….150g
Amazake (甘酒 / Amazake)………………………………………….250ml
Plain yogurt (プレーンヨーグルト / Purēn yōguruto)…………100ml
Mint (ミント / Minto)…………………………………………………….4 leaves
【How to Make】
① Add the frozen mango, amazake, and plain yogurt to a food processor or blender and puree.
② Pour into a glass and garnish with mint.
※ Pineapple, preferably fresh, can be used instead of mango.
