Simple Shiokoji Osuimono

Osuimono is a soup made with a katsuobushi (dried, smoked bonito) or konbu (kelp) broth that is seasoned with salt or soy sauce and supplemented with ingredients like tofu, yuba (the skin skimmed from the solution used to make tofu), chicken, and clams.

【Ingredients】 (1 serving)
Kamaboko……1 slice
(Sometimes described as fish sausage)
Shiokonbu……Pinch
(Kelp cooked with sake, soy sauce, and water)
Katsuobushi……Pinch
Shiokoji……1tsp
Green onion (finely chopped)……Small amount

【How to Make】
① Place the kamaboko, shiokonbu, katsuobushi, and shiokoji in a bowl. Add boiling water..
② Sprinkle on chopped onion.
