Ingredients for 4 Servings

Rice (米 / Kome) 360 ml
Water (水 / Mizu) 360 ml
Miso (味噌 / Miso) 1 tsp
Salt (塩/ Shio) 1/2 tsp
Black pepper (ブラックペッパー / Burakku peppāh) 1 tsp peppercorns
Olive oil (オリーブオイル / Orīhbu oiru) 1 tsp

How to Make

1. Rinse the rice well and then let it soak in water for at least 30 minutes.
2. Drain the rice and then put into a rice cooker together with the water (360 ml), miso, and salt. Mix well. Add the olive oil and black peppercorns, and start the cooker.
