Ingredients for 4 servings
Rice (米 / Kome) 360 ml
Mixed grains (雑穀 / Zakkoku) 2 tbsp
Water (水 / Mizu) 400 ml
How to Make
1. Rinse the rice well (repeat until the water is clear) and then drain off the water. Give the mixed grains a quick rinse, too.
2. Add the rice and mixed grains to a rice cooker, add 400 ml of water and start the cooker.
