Ingredients for 4 servings
Mizuna (水菜 / Mizuna) 100 g
Salted konbu (塩昆布 / Shio konbu) 5 g
Wasabi (ワサビ / Wasabi) 1/2 tsp
How to Make
1. Cut the mizuna and salted konbu into 1-㎝ lengths.
2. Add the cut mizuna and konbu to a plastic bag, together with the wasabi. Massage the bag to mix the contents well and set aside for about 10 minutes. Serve.
