How to Make
1. Cut the nira into 4-cm lengths.
2. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Add the amazake, soy sauce, and salt. Mix.
3. Add 1 tbsp of sesame oil to a frying pan and place the pan on medium heat. Begin cooking the nira. Once the nira have softened, pour in the egg mixture. Use a pair of cooking chopsticks to mix slowly with big strokes. Cook until the eggs are halfway done.
