How to Make
1. Lightly beat the cucumbers with a stick and use your hands to break them into easy-to-eat pieces.
2. Place the cucumbers in a salad bowl. Add the umezu, give the cucumbers a few quick tosses to coat them with the umezu and then add the tororo konbu and give few more quick tosses. Serve.
