【Ingredients】 (2 onigiris)
Cooked rice (ごはん / Gohan)……180g
Miso (味噌 / Miso)……5g
Mirin (みりん / Mirin)……1/2tsp
【How to Make】

1. While the cooked rice is still warm, use it to form 2 fat disks. Let the onigiri cool.
2. Mix the miso and mirin together, then coat each side of each onigiri with this mixture.
3. Pan roast each onigiri on each side. Use low heat and roast until you begin to notice the aroma of the miso. This should take only 1-2 minutes per side.
