Ingredients for 4 Servings
Zucchini (ズッキーニ / Zukkīhni) 1
Parmigiano-Reggiano (パルミジャーノ レッジャーノ / Parumijiāhno Redjiāhno) To taste
Olive oil (オリーブオイル / Orīhbu oiru) To taste
Salt (塩/ Shio) Pinch
How to Make
1. Cut the zucchini into extremely thin slices. Use a slicer if you have one. Rinse the slices in water and then pat them dry with paper towels.
2. Spread the zucchini slices out flat on a plate. Add salt, olive oil, and Parmigiano-Reggiano to taste.
