Ingredients for 4 Servings

Silken tōfu (絹豆腐 / Kinudōfu) 1/2 block
Ume miso (梅味噌 / Ume miso) 4 tbsp

How to Make
1. Cut the tōfu into four equally sized pieces and place each on a small serving plate.
2. Separate the ume pieces from the ume miso and mince them. Combine the minced ume with the miso. Top each of the pieces of tōfu with a bit of the miso and minced ume.
