Ingredients for 4 Servings

Green ume seeds (青梅の種 / Ao ume no tane) about 30 g
(These are left over from making the green ume miso-zuke.)
Soy sauce (醤油 / Shōyu) 2 tbsp
Light brown sugar (きび砂糖 / Kibizatōh) 1/2 tsp
Konbu (昆布 / Konbu) 1 piece (about 1㎝×3㎝)
Nikirizake* (煮切り酒 / Nikirizake) 1 tsp

* Sake that has been heated to remove the alcohol.

How to Make
Combine all ingredients in a plastic or glass container and mix well. Seal the container and put it into a refrigerator to age for two weeks.
