Gyōza, or meat-filled dumplings, are one of the most popular dishes in Japan. They’re great with fried rice, as a side for ramen, or even by themselves as a partner for a cold beer. Just about everyone loves them, but not that many people make their own. In this class, you’ll see how to make gyōza from scratch, starting with the wrappers. And with the tips Chef Tateno will demonstrate, you’ll be ready to make gyōza you’ll love even more because they’re exactly the way you want them. You’ll also be able to host gyōza-making parties! Join ours at this class!

Bank transfer details will be provided. A person who reserves a class spot, but then fails to attend, without notifying Kitchen Nippon, may be blocked from further participation.
