【Ingredients】 (5 Servings)
Dried wakame (乾燥わかめ / Kansō wakame)….5g
Okra (おくら / Okura)……………………………….5
Water (水 / Mizu)…………………………………..800ml
Instant chicken bouillon (鶏ガラスープの素 / Tori-gara sūpu no moto)…..1 1/2tsp
Soy sauce (しょうゆ / Shōyu)…………………….1/2tsp
Salt (塩/ Shio)…………………………………………1tsp
Black pepper (ブラックペッパー / Burakku peppā)………Pinch
White sesame seeds (白ごま / Shiro-goma)…………….1tsp

【How to Make】
① Rehydrate the wakame in a bowl of water and then cut it into easy-to-eat pieces. Cut off the tough portions of the okra stems and then cut the okra into 5mm (little less than 1/4in.) rounds.
② Pour the water into a pot and bring it to a boil. Add the wakame, okra, chicken bouillon, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper, adjusting to taste. Finish by adding the sesame seeds.
