Instead of buying sports drink, you can make your own easily at home.
<Ingredients for 1 Serving>
Plums vinegar (梅酢 / Umezu) 2tsp
Lemon juice (レモン汁 / Remonjiru) 1tbsp
Honey (はちみつ / Hachimitsu) 2tbsp
Water (水 / Mizu) 500ml
