【Ingredients】 (5 Servings)
Cucumber (きゅうり / Kyūri)……2
Cream cheese (クリームチーズ / kurīmu chīzu)……50g
Shōyukōji (醤油麹 / Shōyukōji)……1tbsp
Smoked dried bonito (かつおぶし / Katsuobushi)……3g
White sesame seeds (白ごま / Shiro goma)……tsp1
【How to Make】
① Cut the cucumber into half-moon shapes about 1㎝ (about 3/8 in.) thick. Cut the cream cheese into 1cm cubes.
② Transfer the cucumbers, cream cheese, shōyukōji, smoked bonito (leave a little for garnish), and sesame seeds to a bowl, and mix lightly.
③ Serve with a little of the smoked bonito as a garnish.
