【Ingredients】For 4 people
Watercress (クレソン / Kureson) 70g
Lettuce (レタス / Rehtahsu) 100g
Walnuts (クルミ / Kurumi)15g
Raisins (レーズン / Rēhzun) 15g
Miso (味噌 / Miso) 20g
Vinegar (酢 / Su) 15g
Olive oil (オリーブオイル / Orīhbu oiru) 30g
Sugar (砂糖 / Satōh) 1tsp
White sesame seeds (白胡麻 / Shiro goma) 2tsp
【How to Make】
1. Mix the dressing ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Rinse the watercress and lettuce in water. Remove as much of the water from them as possible, then tear them into bite-size pieces and place them in a serving bowl. Break the walnuts into chunks.
3. Just before serving, drizzle the watercress and lettuce with the dressing and top with the walnuts and raisins.
