How to Make
Add the misanshō to a small storage bottle and pour in the soy sauce. Put the lid on the bottle and refrigerate for ten days before using. Your misanshō shōyu-dzuke will keep for one year in a refrigerator.
How to Use
Misanshō shōyu-dzuke are a wonderful seasoning to use on fried dishes.
